I've decided that I want to make a major lifestyle change; I'm going pescetarian! 

definition: A pescetarian diet excludes land animals and birds, but includes fish, mollusks, and crustaceans in addition to fruits, vegetables, plants, legumes, nuts, and grains.  Eggs and dairy may or may not be present in the pescetarian's diet.

So basically, eating surf instead of turf.

I've wanted to give up meat for a while now, but becoming a vegetarian seemed too complicated and too much of a commitment for me. The plus side to being a pescetarian is that I get the benefits of vegetarianism without having to give up my favorite foods. Grilled salmon, fresh fish, and shrimp are all favorites of mine. The health benefits of a pescetarian lifestyle are endless and I can't wait to enjoy all of them.
